This Privacy Policy explains how PhoneGo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PhoneGo app and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email, display name, profile image (if provided).
- Service Data: Virtual number settings (country/region, expiration), and call/SMS metadata (timestamps, duration, obfuscated counterpart identifiers). We do not access message content unless required by law or strictly necessary to prevent abuse, with your authorization.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address, network information.
- Payments: Transaction receipts handled by Apple/third parties. We do not store full card numbers.
- Logs & Diagnostics: Crash reports and performance data to improve stability.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the service (number provisioning, call/SMS routing, support).
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Analytics to improve features and performance.
- Service notifications and critical updates with consent.
